Invitation
Guest List:
1. Michael Schwerner - I would invite Michael Schwerner because he was the main civil right worker who was murdered that came to Mississippi to investigate a church burning.
2. James Chaney - I would invite James Chaney because he was one the volunteers that came with Michael Schwerner that was murdered.
3. Andrew Goodman - I would invite Andrew Goodman because he was the other volunteer that came to Mississippi who was murdered.
4. Cecil Price - I would invite Cecil Price because he was the man that arrested the civil rights workers and then went on the murder them with other Klan members.
5. Edgar Ray Killen - I would invite Edgar Ray Killen because he was a man that allegedly murders the civil rights workers but was set free because a lone juror couldn't bring herself to convict a Baptist Preacher.
6. Lawrence Rainey - I would invite Lawrence Rainey because he was the sheriff of Neshoba county and was believed to be a co conspirator but was acquitted of the charges.
7. William H. Webster - I would invite William H. Webster because he was the director of the FBI at the time and can bring a deeper knowledge about the case.
8. Joseph Sullivan - I would invite Joseph Sullivan because he was the FBI's major case inspector, of the Mississippi Burning case, and lead the investigation to find the murderers of the three civil rights workers. Joseph would bring many facts about the case and about the people surrounding it.
